nc hand in a tab

Make this tab a hand for a nanocode agent, as nc hand makes a machine one. With Run scripts here, the agent's Code Mode scripts run in this tab on a just-bash shell over files kept in memory. With Tools only, they run where the agent is and call this tab's tools: its location, notifications and clipboard, each behind the browser's own permission, which the agent asks for with a reason.

It starts the nanocode CLI as an agent that reaches this tab through nanocode.xyz's relay, so neither side needs an open port. Without the CLI, run curl -fsSL https://nanocode.xyz/install | sh -s -- followed by the same arguments. The token pairs this tab with that agent only; reloading makes a new one.
